Compliance is the part of toy sourcing that buyers cannot verify from a catalogue. So we publish the process instead of the promise.
EU conformity declaration, EN71 test report and technical file held for every active SKU.
Mechanical, flammability and heavy-element migration tested at accredited third-party labs.
US toy safety specification, including abuse testing and small-parts cylinder checks.
Children's Product Certificate issued per shipment for US importers.
Quality management system certified across both production sites.
Social compliance audit — working hours, wages, safety and grievance channels.
Textile skin-contact safety for plush shells and filling materials.
Ethical Toy Program membership, audited annually.
Each checkpoint produces a photo report. If a batch fails at any gate, production stops until the corrective action is signed off.
In-house testing shortens the loop between finding a defect and fixing it. Third-party reports still come from accredited labs — we do not substitute our own results for certification.
